BAGS:

All the bags are all handcrafted, it takes hours for making one single bag, but your satisfaction matter to me, I want you to have the right bag for you. Please send us message if you need to know more about the bag before you buy the bag. 

For return, handmade bag is acceptable for return in 14 days since the day you received (According to the USPS tracking, not the day you actually received.) If it is damage, please send picture as soon as possible when you get it before ship back.

SILK SCARVES:

Even it is made from manufacture, but I checked it before I shipped it to make sure the quality. If any problems, please reaching out when you received the products.

For return, it is very delicate product so that we accepted if it is original without wear/use. We accepts 30 days since the day you received (According to the USPS tracking, not the day you actually received.) It has to be unused and original package.
