CEREMONY

Set the tone for your “I do.” From the first guest arriving to the walk down the aisle and the final “I do,” live music creates an intimate, elegant atmosphere and gives each meaningful moment its own soundtrack.

COCKTAIL & RECEPTION

Beautiful, gentle live music sets the mood without overpowering the celebration -- giving your guests the perfect atmosphere to mingle, enjoy their drinks, and connect with one another.

Special song requests must be submitted 2 months before your wedding date to allow time for review, approval and preparation.

TRAVEL & PAYMENT

Clear pricing and simple planning from booking to your wedding day. Travel is calculated based on distance, and payment options are provided with transparent processing fees so you know exactly what to expect

Thorncrown Chapel Special

 

Thorncrown Chapel holds a special place in my heart, and I’m grateful to have a close relationship with the chapel and its wonderful team. As a little way of giving back, I’m happy to offer special wedding music pricing exclusively for couples celebrating their love at Thorncrown.​

1. 30 mins ceremony on weekday $350

    *processional/recessional only

    *only for Monday-Thursday

2. Full ceremony on weekday $450

   *prelude/processional/recessional

   *only for Monday-Thursday

​

3. Ceremony within an hour on weekend $500

   *prelude/processional/recessional

   *only for Friday-Sunday

   *1.5hr will be $580

Notes:

*You may have a 2-hour booking window, but a typical wedding ceremony usually only requires 1 hour of music. The remaining hour can be used for wedding photos, so you don’t necessarily need to book 2 hours of music.

 

*If your ceremony includes additional elements, such as a unity ceremony, special rituals, or other extended portions, you may want to allow approximately 1.5 hours for the ceremony and music.

We have hosted thousands of weddings at Thorncrown Chapel, and over the years we have learned that one of the simplest ways to make a wedding unforgettable is to begin with a beautiful setting and fill it with beautiful live music. 1. Ceremony Music

Live ceremony music with options for days, and performance lengths.

 

Weekday

  • 1-hour ceremony — $550 

  • 30-minute ceremony — $450

Weekend

  • 1-hour ceremony — $600 

  • 30-minute ceremony — $500

 

2. Cocktail Hour & Reception

Extend your live music experience from the ceremony into cocktail hour and your reception. (only apply if also book ceremony)

 

  • 1-hour cocktail hour — $360

  • 1.5-hour reception — $450

  • 2-hour reception — $580

  • 2.5-hour reception — $700

  • 3-hour reception — $810

  • 3.5-hour reception — $900

  • 4-hour reception — $990

 

3. Add-Ons & Travel

Customize your music experience with additional instruments, venue transitions, or travel.

 

  • Small movement: indoor → outdoor — $80

  • Move to a second venue — $110

  • Add an additional instrument — $50

  • Bring Keyboard — $130

  • Travel — $0.75/mile (calculate from Eureka Springs, AR)

 

4. Payment & Processing

Simple, transparent payment options for securing your wedding music services.

 

  • Venmo — no processing fee

  • Zelle — no processing fee

  • Apple Cash — no processing fee

  • Wix payments — 3.8% processing fee

  • PayPal — 3.7% processing fee​

Outdoor Ceremony

​

Outdoor music is always subject to weather and venue conditions. To protect the instruments and ensure a beautiful performance, a suitable indoor backup location is required in case of rain, extreme temperatures, strong winds, or other unsafe conditions. Music may need to be moved indoors or paused if conditions become unsuitable for performance.

INSURED & VENUE READY

​

Peace of mind for your wedding day. I carry a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and can provide documentation when required by your venue

​

BOOKING & PAYMENT

​

To reserve your wedding date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining 50% balance is due one month before your wedding date.
