Both are animal saturated fat, it has natural SPF if doesn't have vitamin E oi. Vitamin E oil great AFTER sun. There is options of with vitamin E or without it. I have been enjoy it at night.

  • Ingredients

    Grass-fed Grass finished Beef Tallow, Emu Oil, Vitamin E oil.

  • Sun Exposure

    According to Dr. Anthony Chaffee, vitamin e is not good under the sun. If only Tallow/emu oil, it has natural SPF, but you still will get tan.

    If you just use at night, vitamin e has great antioxidant, to keep the butter fresh. Also great AFTER sun.
